Ecometrics was founded with a simple idea: that building performance testing and energy assessment should be done properly, explained clearly, and delivered by someone who takes genuine pride in their work.
Based in County Down, I work across Northern Ireland with homeowners, self-builders, and construction professionals who need accurate, reliable results — whether that's an air tightness test for Building Control, an EPC for a property sale, or a thermal imaging survey to get to the bottom of a heat loss problem.
Because Ecometrics is a one-person business, every job gets my full attention. There are no subcontractors, no call centres, and no one-size-fits-all approach. When you get in touch, you deal with me directly from the first enquiry through to the final report.

I am accredited through Elmhurst Energy, one of the UK's leading energy assessment awarding bodies. Elmhurst accreditation means assessments are carried out to a recognised professional standard, with work subject to quality assurance auditing.
